I subscribe to numerous recipe newsletters. Most of them get deleted since they predominantly feature meat based dishes but I also move quite a few into a folder in my email for future. When I saw this recipe I knew I had to give it a try.

Now, make sure your oven doesn’t run hot. I know mine does so I had to lower the overall temp and cut back on the time. Plus these babies spread out so space accordingly. Last thing, the recipe says it makes 36. I just made it to 24 so if you want lots, double the batch

Thank you for trying out the recipe! My kids are saying that because the cookies in your pic are touching and connected – THEY COUNT AS ONE.
