Duncan Diggle sighed and wept, huge alligator tears bouncing down his plump apple cheeks. He paused periodically to peruse the letter in his hands. His drama eventually disturbed his long suffering wife Dotty.

“Oh Duncan, what is the matter?”

Duncan paused yet again and gestured despondently to the delightful pastel displayed before him.

“My picture, dear Dotty. They want my picture!”

Dotty furrowed her brown.

“I don’t understand, darling. The picture?”

“Why yes! Don’t you see,” he says shaking the letter, “it asks me to PLEASE REMIT YOUR PAYMENT PROMPTLY. How do they know about Payment, my drawing?”

“Darling Duncan, that’s the phone bill.”
